Bryan Buescher graduated from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon in 1980 with a B.S. in Economics and Political Science. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic, with honors, from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles in 1990. With an interest in sports and peak performance, Dr. Buescher founded the sports medicine program for IJSBA’s Professional Jet Ski Tour and the American Pro Snowboard Series, managing a staff of 40 doctors around the country. As a practicing chiropractor, Dr. Buescher developed a successful chiropractic rehab center in California by applying key practice success principles. Wanting to help other doctors to also achieve happier, more successful personal and professional lives, Bryan co-founded The Ideal Practice in 2001 with his wife and business partner, Vickie Bashor. TIP transitioned into VetCoach® as they focused exclusively on working with veterinarians.
In 2008 Vickie and Bryan bought an animal emergency hospital in Southern California, which they doubled in the first year by focusing on client communication. They built a second animal emergency hospital in 2012 and sold both practices in 2018. He and Vickie now live in North Florida to be close to scuba diving in caves. Dr. Buescher’s hobbies include scuba diving, snow skiing, hiking, golf and travel.
Vickie Bashor, DC

Vickie Bashor graduated from Pasadena College of Chiropractic in 1979 and started her own multi-doctor chiropractic clinic in Long Beach, CA. She found working with a practice coach led her to greater success, more free time and less stress.
In 2001, after rescuing a hemorrhaging border collie with six puppies and experiencing the power of the human-animal bond first-hand, Vickie began coaching veterinarians with her husband, Bryan. Their strong desire to help veterinarians get more out of life and help more pet owners like themselves, led them to start The Ideal Practice coaching company, which transitioned into VetCoach®. Vickie is also a cave diver and enjoys exploring the caves in Northern Florida with Bryan.
